Can we transfer licenses when someone leaves?

Yes. Email us the new engineer’s address, and we’ll transfer the seat immediately.

What’s the minimum team size?

2 seats.

Can we add more seats mid-year?

Yes. We’ll prorate the cost and send an updated invoice.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes. We accept bank transfers (US and EU accounts) and credit cards. Invoice provided for all orders.

Is there a dashboard to track team progress?

No. This is centralized billing only. Each engineer gets individual full access to study independently.

Do licenses auto-renew?

Your choice. We can set up annual auto-renewal or send manual renewal invoices.

What if we need to cancel mid-year?

Annual team subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can transfer seats to other engineers at any time during the active period.

Can we pay monthly instead of annually?

Team accounts are annual only. This eliminates the recurring expense approvals that waste your time and ours.
